Shipping Policy
All items from Sesame Seed Prints are made to order and 3D printed just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times (after production)
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are flat-rate based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or any duties and import taxes that may apply to international orders — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Refund Policy
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sesameseedprints@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged through misuse
